Gary is so soft spoken and laid back. He was not what I considered a "pushy salesman". He allowed me to look and answered all questions in a business like manner. He had a sense or humor and laughed easily. I would eventually return to the Orland Park dealership after shopping else where. My experience with the dealership was superb until I went to see "Doree" in financing.

Doree was abrupt and curt in her response to questions. When I told her I did not understand the difference between the parts covered under the manufacture's warranty and the extended warranty she stated, " what's not to understand. it is all so simple." I was offended by her comment. I asked her how long she had worked in financing field and she responded approximately 20 years. Then I told her that's why she understood what she was talking about, however, to me it was still unclear. Again she responded she did not understand what was not clear to me. At one point I was going to leave and not buy the car because of her. However, Gary and the owner heard my conversation and came over to convince me that everything was going to be alright. I was ready to leave and take my check with me. Later when I told Doree I was going to read about the warranty and let her know later she said, "that's up to you what you do." Who else would it be up to if not me? Her short, abrupt responses are offensive and in my opinion, uncalled for. Doree should understand that her mannerism is sometimes offensive and could cause a saleman to lose his/her commission. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
