My husband David and I knew exactly which car we wanted. We had purchased an M35X in 2006 and were used to excellent service. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the car we wanted; he provided information we needed without needless salespitch. When the deal was reached the paperwork was handled expeditiously. Bruce spent over an hour with us explaining the complexities of our new vehicle. He is extremely articulate and obviously believes in the quality of Infinity's product, from vehicle to service to warranty. We were very satisfied with Bruce Bukauski; he is an informed professional.

It was my first time at this dealer, and from the moment I got close to the main door, Gary was just great. I did not have to do much, beside test driving and having a cup of coffee. Everything was soo smooth and everybody was so pleasant. I am very grateful for your service!

I looked all over for a new M series and only Infiniti of Orland PArk had it in stock. Great people to do business with well worth the drive from Lisle.  See you for service!

I am extremely happy with the purchase my FX50 from Infiniti of Orland Park.  Bruce was very knowledgeable of the car; he even downloaded my entire cellphone directory to the cars' phonebook. Time was taken so I understood all of the features.  Bruce called me a few days later to make sure I was happy withe the car and to see if I had any questions.

What an amazing experience!!! I have bought many cars throughout my life and the experience with my salesperson James and Frank the General Manager were great. I have purchased four cars from them already and will never go anywhere else. I am excited to see what Infiniti has to offer in the near future so I can pick out another one! My experience was fabulous throughout the whole process.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about product and helped me thru the whole purchasing process.

Everyone in the dealership from Sales to Finance to the General Manager was helpful, kind and treated me fairly.

I love my new EX.  Infiniti of Orland Park was awesome.  I got treated with respect (even without my husband there which I thought would be a problem) and really appreciate the straightforward answers I received all night.  They even bought me soda and snacks while I waited .
