My Mitsubishi Outlander lease was ending and even though I was OK with the Outlander I wanted something a bit nicer to replace it.  Originally my wife and I were looking at a G37x but after getting to the dealership and seeing the new EX35 we fell in love with it.  Bruce was able to answer all our questions and within an hour I was driving home with my new baby.  I look forward to a long relationship with Infiniti of Orland Park.

My husband David and I knew exactly which car we wanted. We had purchased an M35X in 2006 and were used to excellent service. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the car we wanted; he provided information we needed without needless salespitch. When the deal was reached the paperwork was handled expeditiously. Bruce spent over an hour with us explaining the complexities of our new vehicle. He is extremely articulate and obviously believes in the quality of Infinity's product, from vehicle to service to warranty.
